Shipping Policy
Sweet Aesthetics offers standard shipping in Australia
Orders do not come with tracking numbers, but if you have a large order ($10 shipping) your order will include a tracking number which I will DM you.
Standard shipping is around $4, but the cost is dependent on how much you order.
Shipping takes approx. 4-5 business days, maybe slower because of the pandemic.
Once an item has been posted, Sweet Aesthetics is not responsible for any issues during shipping including delays, stolen packages, etc.
But if you have problems with your package make sure to contact Australia Post to solve your issue.
Sweet Aesthetics will unfortunately not replace items in any packages that have been stolen, lost, etc.
Refund Policy
We love our products and we are certain that you will love them too, but we understand that mistakes can happen from time to time.
That’s why Sweet Aesthetics is here to help to make the refund process as simple and fast as possible.
Refunds are only available if an item is broken/faulty upon arrival.
To request a refund for a broken or faulty product, please DM me on Instagram (Sweet.Aesthetics) or email me (Sweet.AestheticsAU@gmail.com) with your order number, a photo of the damaged item and the reason for refund or exchange.
If proved damaged or faulty, I will refund the cost of that item (excluding shipping costs) or I’ll will exchange your item for another (same price)
Example of damaged items:
- If your scrunchie is torn
- If you earrings have fallen apart
- If your bracelet came apart
To receive the refund, please email or DM me within 3 days of arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: I will only refund/exchange if your items arrive damaged, not if you have torn/stained/broken ect.
Important
All items that are listed on my website are hand-made, which means there could possibly could be minor imperfections (e.g. slight variance in colour and thickness, small marks, etc.) that are not there in product photos.
These small imperfections do not affect the overall functionality or aesthetic of the item, and will therefore not be deemed as faulty or damaged.
